Resident Communications
Steer your community towards improved resiliency

Every town, every parcel, every resident is unique. Informing people should take that into account.
Once an assessment is completed on our Field App, and the data collection is complete, that’s when the real magic begins.
Shortly after the assessment, automatic reminders are sent out to residents. They can access their customized, secure report via the online portal*, which gives which gives clear instructions to residents. That report will include specific annotated photos clearly marking what hazards and vegetation need to be trimmed or removed.

What will this cost, and how will I pay for the work?
Q:
What happens if I don’t do the work?
Q:
Does this really make a difference?
Q:
What are my neighbors doing?
That’s where your agency can take advantage of Fire Aside’s communication tool, and send customized messaging that can be sent by email and/or postal mail.
Fire Aside uses modern A/B testing, using different wording, multiple languages, and visual styles – whatever is necessary – in order to determine what will drive the most action in your community.

Learn How to Improve Engagement
“Fire Aside's targeted campaigns helped us connect more meaningfully with residents, allowing us to be their partner in thoughtful wildfire mitigation efforts. Since launching targeted campaigns, daily appointments for full access inspections are now 4x higher, which enables us to better achieve CWPP goals of education and engagement. This feature allows us to better communicate risk and drive action positively, show meaningful progress to our board, and making more residents eligible for local assistance powered by Fire Aside's Grants.”
